Prefer to pay by check instead?

If you prefer, you can pay by check. Just complete Step 1 above registration and note under the question: “Anything you want to make sure we know about your relationship?” that you are sending a check. Enclose your contact info and payment then mail to: Change Relationships, 12813 Flushing Meadows Drive, Suite 140 St. Louis, MO 63131. You will have s spot reserved once payment is received. Please not that space is limited. You will receive a confirmation email once payment is received. Please make check payable to Change Relationships.
