Relationships
It’s all about the “we” in our lives, our relationships. Right?!
The ones we imagine, that are great, that drive us crazy and even the ones we wish we didn’t have! Changing someone else is what many of us want, desperately want.
If you’re like so many of the people I work with, you want to change them for the best of reasons. So they can be all that they can be. So they’ll give you what you want, what you need, and maybe even what you deserve. You want to change your child/partner/friend so they can become their best. And as a bonus stop driving you crazy!
But you don’t know how to get there.
So many of us keep doing the same old things… with the same old results. Or, we try something new, sometimes anything and everything, without success. Or maybe we’re lucky and actually get some changes, but they don’t last. Before you know it things just go back to the way it was before, or maybe worse.
So what can you do?
What I want you to know is that there are ways, proven ways, to change the relationships that matter most. Sometimes it’s your relationships with a partner or a child that needs to be changed. Other times it’s the relationship with your self that needs to be changed. And sometimes, all of the above need and can be changed.
It really is all about relationships. And if you’re struggling in one right now you don’t have to be alone. Helping people change their challenging relationships is what my work is all about.
